Pick of the Day ...
Ha, well ... If you had one of those Mondays, so did I. :-) Bound to have one every now and then, huh? We had fun in the kitchens though, cooked some desserts, a neat salad I hope you like and some chicken like you've never had before (at least I hope). Between all of that, the Mondays struck ... lol, fires to put out, decisions to make and calls to take. So, this is the only pic I took today, but quite possibly the best pic to depict what this day was all about ... getting home. Looks like we were all waiting on the same thing, Tuesday.

I started a new job on Monday and the entire time, all I could think about was getting home. I couldn't peel out of the parking lot fast enough. I know...I know...
nik snacks, girl ... parallel worlds ... i even pre-planned my train strategy so i could get a seat for the ride home lol!

Wait - you ride the train home? You don't get mobbed. I got recognized ONCE and darn near fell out. I'm sure you get recognized all the time, right? If I was on the train and saw you...I'd fall OUT! Do you hear me? I'd have my camera phone all out and I'd be calling my entire address book. I'd be like, "Sunny, can you say hi to my mama?" LOL.
Gotta love Mondays! Wait -you even planned your train ride? I take it the Monday was a bit hectic ;)
dtdub, i ride the train into and out of the city plenty and have never been noticed. i think i just keep my head low and stick to myself, plus professional hair n face really make me look maaahvelous. just last week though, it was raining, my hair was getting bushy, i had shades on, no face and my hands full, just a mess ... and this lady walking her dogs recognized me, real sweet. i can't walk through home depot in bkyln without meeting a viewer, so looks like things are catching on & still 3 years later i get people that know me from radio. i know how u feel, it's a surprise when it happens.
