Just something to look at ...

Hey there! Just something to look at ...I am super busy, been taking pictures and making mental notes for a marathon post. That was what I made for breakfast late last week and I just saw it on my desktop and smiled. Pictures are great like that. Alright, short and sweet and just something for you to look at while I plow through some work! Hope you had a good breakfast and lunch today ... what's for dinner?

That looks awesome Sunny!
Its cold. My allergies are acting up. Only one thing I want for dinner: Pho. Hot. Soothing. Beefy Pho.

Tomorrow: Turkey sausage and peppers over Fusilli pasta and shaved parmesean.
Depending on how my allergies are treating me of course.
Looking forward to your marathon post! Woot!

too tired to cook tonight, but I took your advice and bought what looked good....eggplant, stem tomatoes, zucchini and I want to make a veggie parmesan...I am going to dip slices of the zucchini and eggplant in Italian seasoned bread crumbs and layer them with the tomatoes and ricotta and cover with some 'homemade' tomato sauce and mozzerella...we get out of school early Thursday so I will have some time to cook.
Blessings during Holy Week.

Oh..your breakfast...delicious!

Is that chicken and bacon on a biscuit draped with a black pepper gravy and topped with a thyme stem? I'm really tired so I'm trying to decipher LOL...it looks really good though whatever it may be.

My dinner tonight is a bowl of Golden Grahams. Worked late and I'm making a light orzo dish to take to a work luncheon tomorrow.

P.S. I'm forbidden by my spousal equivalent to make anymore "RR" recipes... I am seriously getting the silent treatment after a not so successful try on some of her recipes. :)

That looks delicious! Do I see some jelly on there? Hmmm....

Sounds like you're having a good week!

I made White Pizza for dinner the other night and I had the leftovers for dinner. My guy ate a whole pack of hot dogs...LOL! So gourmet! I didn't feel like cooking at all!

This breaky post has inspired me to go out and get a real Mexican breakfast even though I'm in Memphis where BBQ rules.

Due to the week/month from hell, I have to confess, dinner was take-out and will be tonight as well. Can't wait to get back into my kitchen.

have a blast at Dr. Oz!

Mmmmm!!! Considering my usual breakfast is cold cereal at my desk at work, that looks like a dream!

Oh my...can I guess? Some type of fried herb on top of a fried egg on top of some swine (pancetta?)on top of sourdough bread. Either way...looks most yummy!

Hey Sunny! I just discovered your show this week... I made your purple mashed potatoes and love them. Had to do a few substitutions but couldn't believe my farmer's market actually had purple potatoes. As long as I had that, IT WAS "ALL GOOD" and I was "good to go!" Can't wait to delve into your blog. :)

Hey Sunny - I watch you every week and have done many of your recipes. I would love that your willing to try different cuisines and I would love to share with you some recipes from Trinidad and Tobago that I would love to see on your show. Let me know if your interested.

I am having trouble finding poppyseed to make the poppyseed and pistachio bread - any suggestions as to where I can find it. Thanks.
